Didnt we just take about this on another post? Ok Communicate with the squad leaders. Ask them what they need. Ask them to follow your orders. Inform them if you are giving them backup regarding there orders. Inform them of any last minute Artillery drops. Inform them of enemy's activities. Usually when I am the commander, I play this role for 2 - 4 maps back to back for a couple reasons. I get alot of points, I like the playing that role in the game and alot of people like me as commander especially if they know they have better chance of winning because of me.

I don't command often, so I blame my inexperience. I am going to try and start commanding more often.
