Switching to Vista / Try to update live

I love viruses. I love battlefield and porn more though. So, I upgraded to Vista (64-bit). The install went OK, all drivers for my current hardware are OK.

Battlefield 2 installed without a hitch. Patch 1.41 is a go.

Here is the launch 5/1/09 19:45 MST.

    Here goes..

    Inadequate O/S privaledges...

Some attempts to resolve the issue:

    1) Right Click on the BF2 icon, select properties, then compatability mode -> Windows XP SP2
If possible, also check run as administrator (this is dependend on other F*c&ing Vista security settings).

    2) not just the desktop icon, find the damn bf2.exe file and do the same.

    3) So many checkboxes...

Hmmmmm, like right clicking and hitting run as an administrator, or your account being an administrator?

Thats pretty much what Inadequate OS Privileges mean.

The only other thing i can think of is parental controls.

Make sure you've updated your Punkbuster and you don't need to set it WindowsXP/sp2
