Anyone ever get this?

Mods/BF2/Shaders?Lightning.fx not found!!!_DO_check your working
Directory, _AND_sync your shaders folder before calling upon your
local rendering programmer/GP. (really!)

Try updating your vid. drivers?

I'll try anything at this point...even scrubbing everything and buying a new CD/Game and starting over from scratch. However, I'm worried I'll lose my rank/pt's. Right now, I'm close to Maj. on my 2nd account. I've got about 70,000 pt's on my 1st account which I lost when my old computer HD puked. I just keep telling myself it's not supposed to be this hard.

EA support after getting SEVERAL DETAILED emails from me CLEARLY outlining my issue just keeps sending me the same LAME non answer EVERYDAY!

Very Simple.....Reinstalled OS..no biggie... ALL other programs go in GREAT...

BF2 Bfsf go in FINE NOW install AF Booster and EF and POOF NOTHING.

Contact EA with the most detailed email of every step and all these non trained people can do ir cut and paste that MY REGISTRATION IS FINE....

OK REGISTRATION ///// INSTALLATION ARE they still TWO DIFFERENT WORDS?

NO less than SIX emails and no answer from them but cut and paste drivel that has NOTHING to do with the question I have asked MULTIPLE TIMES!


DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME CONTACTING EA. THEY HAVE ABANDONED ALL SUPPORT FOR THIS PACK. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THEM FOR OVER A WEEK IN DAILY EMAILS AND THE SIMPLY REFUSE TO ADDRESS THIS PROBLEM> THE JUST REPEAT THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN>

I tried like many of you ro RE Install these games after a clean install of my OS after 5 years of playing it and EA WILL NOT HELP when it comes to re installing the BOOSTER PACKS. THE ENTIRE INTERNET IS ABLAZE WITH THEIR DISGUST WITH EA AND EA COULD CARE LESS.

ANYONE who knows of ANY CLASS ACTION that will be brought up by all of us who spent all the Money on this waste of time PLEASE post it here. I am personally going to present the full log and history to MY attorney and see what he says.

$10.00 or $10,000 False Advertising and ripping off consumers is STILL against the LAW!
How many people Blew this Off because it was not $100.00?
That is what they COUNT on!

btw, you don't "lose" any account info/points/stats...as long as you know the password to whichever account, you can always "retrieve" it when you log in. the only thing you would lose is your setup stuff (key configs, graphics, etc), but as far as all the accrued "rank" info, it should still be out there in EA land. there may even be a "forgotten password" function when you log in...assuming you know what email address is tied to whichever account. and as far as i know, you can log in to any account from any bf2 install, ie, should you have to go the new cd/game route, you can still use your previous accounts.

im geussing being a female have nothing to do with right..

Sonic you wont loss anything i'm on my 3rd disc for various reasons ranging from invalid cd code to a 120 rott decided it looked like a good thing to eat.
