Custom Battlefield 2 Mouse Pads - Come Get Some!

Good point. Im new here, but I'm guessing part of why nobody even thought (including myself) of that was it felt kinda "in-house" and not something that would be sold to outsiders? If the price was basically set so that he only charged for materials to make them, wouldnt that then be considered non-profit, and less likely to draw the ire of EA?

On a side note, other than the Battlefield pads/images, I'd be willing to bet come Christmas you could definitely still make some money on custom mouse pads. Stuff like family photos, funny pictures, public domain art, etc etc would all still be cool gifts for most people who use their computers alot. I was just thinking last week about how many people Ive seen that have those mousepads where they put real pictures inside the sleeve. And whenever those people switch to optical mice those pads usually wont work anymore. So if they could have photos ON the mousepad instead of IN them, Im sure they'd sell well. Several of my older relatives have those older photo-sleeved ones, they'd like the ones V makes as a gift, I know it. If were still around near Christmas Visuvius, I can easily see buying at least 5 of those custom jobbers, I just have to figure out which images to use.

So for setups like that, couldnt his original idea still work, and some money still go to TTP?

I have a request for a mouse pad, Though its not battlefield 2 related it is custom made. Is it possible for me to request something along those lines? It would simply match my computer, it wouldn't say anything along the lines of TexasTeamplayers or Battlefield 2 and the logo(Picture provided) is/would be made by me.

you can't simply take other company logo's, put them on your stuff, and then sell it.

TTP does NOT endorse this action, and will NOT accept any profit from it.

EA owns those images, most especially the logos. You can't do this.

if you want to print them as your own fan stuff....that's your business. go right ahead and show off your skills.

but SELLING them....that's a red flag. And TTP does not want to be involved in such a business.

Just keep it open for those interested in custom, non-EA pictures. I hope youll still have the mats to keep making them around Christmas, I can definitely see buying those for several people, using some cool custom images!
