the contest runs till june 15 correct? and the .86 patch is supposed to come out before the end of may...so will this reset the scores since the server will have to be updated or will everything just bump over?

It will update without affecting time since the IP won't change.

.86 wont come out till after the stupid Vanilla 1.51 final patch is released.

so that could be in 9 months knowing EA.

Yeah, I highly doubt the .86 patch will come out before may ends. Probably late June.

I doubt the PR devs are going to let SoonTM control when they make a release.

they already said they will wait till it is released before .86 comes out.

" Just to update you all guys .....The Patch is pretty much ready to go out, we are now awaiting the release of the BF2 1.5 Patch , to ensure it will run with no errors. We have been testing the Beta with our Patch, and things look good.

To that end we hope to release a few days after the BF2 1.5 Patch.
