    This could be totally incorrect, but I'm sure i heard / read somewhere that at some stage EA would have the right to pick up PR.

    All this talk of not buying PR if it came out for sale makes me laugh.

    Counterstrike was a free mod at one point, now look at it. When you have a great product people will use it. As long as the price is right. PR is definitely worth paying for even on the BF2 engine.
