Do you play BF2 better with a buzz or sober?

I will talk more when I have had a few. I don't do it much although I did get highly buzzed drinking mojitos a few weeks back. My wife kept seeing me go downstairs and making another. She almost cut me off until I finished the vodka bottle I had left. I woke up feeling like shit and haven't done it since.

I definitely play better with a slight buzz - I'm sure you could quantify it through my score.

The key word is SLIGHT buzz - once I have 1 or 2 beers past my "slight buzz" my play starts to downgrade - if people were to pay attention to my scores over a long night they would see an upward slope for the first two hours, an hour of high places, and then a fast slide into mediocrity.

The buzz keeps things a little smoother - you don't over think things, and I find I slow things down just a little.

That said - if I want to game for a long night, and do well in the process - I keep the beer in the fridge

I have the same exact experience as Paradigm. With a SLIGHT buzz, I get a bit less inhibited and therefore hesitate a bit less when engaging, which works better for me.
