Thread: EA Download Manager has done it again!!!

Yep my friends! EA Download Manager SUCKS!!! So I have no idea when I'll be playing again. The last time EADM screwed up, it took 10 days for them to fix their problem.

NOW, I did buy BF2 CD and am tempted to use that instead of relying on EADM. Kiss them GOOD BYE!!! And a kick them out of the door. DON'T COME BACK NO MORE NO MORE NO MORE!! LOL!

OK, I need a little help here though. Now I uninstall EADM and BF2 all together right? Then install BF2 CD and a patch? Is that all I need to do? Or I'm missing anything else?

uninstall the lot > install BF2 using the dvd/cd > type in the serial key that came with the bf2 dvd/cd > install 1.41 patch > install "Highway Tampa" map & any expansions > install 1.41 patch again = Your ready for orders soldier

I only use the DVD and never trust EA download manager. If you have a disc, you have the power and not EA.

uninstall the lot means uninstall EA link & BF2... (unless you need EA Link for other games)
