    8.5 Presentation
    It's not heavy on features, but Battlefield 1943 is a lean, mean shooting machine.
    9.0 Graphics
    Almost as nice looking as a full retail game. Impressive lighting effects and lots of detail.
    8.0 Sound
    A suitably epic orchestral score and satisfying sound effects.
    8.0 Gameplay
    A streamlined multiplayer game that remains fun despite not having much new to offer.
    8.5 Lasting Appeal
    It's always the multiplayer modes that have legs, and Battlefield 1943 is all legs.
