That looked like a different error message than the one you posted first. Still on hitting ESC and going to Menu?

The memory error was first then them messages. Yeah its same issue. Sometimes changing maps,sometimes loading map,pressing escape.
Can anyone confirm that fix Alundil posted will stop these issues ?

I am having some similar issue(s)

I try tonight to see if it is when hitting ESC to Menu, or ALT+TAB, or both.

I'll also attempt some of the fixes listed.

Might not hurt to do a clean install of 2142. Patch to 1.50 and then 1.51.

Also try purging your texture cache Delete the contents of this directory: My Documents\Battlefield 2142\mods\bf2142\cache

You could also try just renaming the Battlefield 2142 folder within My Docs to eliminate any and all profile issues as well.
