Never Again

Just played a few hours of vanilla BF2 due to the lack of players on the PR server lately. I say this: Never again. Never, ever again. Let's list off what I now hate with a passion about vanilla:

-Fast vehicle spawns means a tank or APC rushing a CP every five minutes, forcing me into anti-tank for the entire game for suicidal missile runs.
-Even on TTP, it is impossible to effectively control 50 idiots grabbing vehicles and running all over the place
-The fact that any CP can be captured means constantly running back and forth the same two or three CPs to recapture them
-Giant nametags and cheap-ass UAVs mean stealth is ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE
-Team stacking unbalance is even more profound than in PR, which amazed me
-ANTI-TANK ROCKETS FUCKING DISSAPEAR WHEN YOU DIE
-Jet expendability means ridiculously frequent spawn camping
-It takes forever to run anywhere with BF2 energy system
-ARTILLERY EVERY TWO MINUTES = EVERYONE DIES EVERY TWO MINUTES
-Fragile human flesh makes squad leader spawning practically impossible unless he/she hides in a ridiculous area
-Fucking Anti-Tank submachine can't hit anything further away than 5 meters
-EVERY TIME you cap a point, some asshole grabs the lone jeep and runs off into oblivion
-Team Stacking + Better Pilots + 2 minute jet respawn times = COMPLETE ENEMY GROUND SUPERIORITY (aka All tanks die every two minutes)
-Squad leaders say practically nothing using VOIP
-Anti-Tank Rockets are amazingly effective anti-PERSONNEL weapons

I think that's all I have to rant about for now. Jesus Christ, people, help my sanity by playing PR more often :P

You missed the biggest one! MATURITY!

I know there is a lack of it in PR sometimes but not even close to as frequent. But let me add a few of my own since i'm here now...

-Bunny jumping
-One manning Tanks/Choppers and other vehicles (ground vehicles offten JUST to roadkill someone, or Carbombs)
-the entire team Lone Wolfing (even if they belong to a squad)

hmmm.... oh yeah... and a line of 30 guys all in line for the one chopper like it's a Fricken ride at disneyland! (since it's gonna respawn in ten secs anyway once the last idiot who doesn't know how to fly crashes).

I think I've played BF2 Vanilla ONCE after playing PR... and never been back since.
