Thread: Any suggestions?

Razer man here also(have two of them) and use a Allsop gaming mouse pad with them. I might have to give the standing mic a try(you all know how low my mic is in game). I have tried a cheap headset and an expensive headset and the mics are to low on both for 2142 unless I put the mic right at my mouth.

My son and I have the same mouse and the same mic. The earbuds aren't 'cheap', they're about $30.00. What makes them really good is the sound card: Creative X-Fi. The software comes with a virtual surround for headphones. Since 2142 has an X-Fi mode, it's the greatest thing since sliced bread-well for this game anyway.

I've had three of them so far. They're great, but they aren't built to last.

I wouldn't get a G5 atm, its replacement the G500 with a much better sensor taken from the G9 is coming out in Sept:
