Error loading pbcl

I get this error message when I try to run pr.
And I get these options.

Let windows check for a solution.
Close the program.

re-dl'd a million times, so I've kinda ruled that out. Any answers?

Vista 64bit.

Try running it in windowed mode with error reporting..and post the error here...

Problem fixed.
Do not have a window open that is running a java applet.

New problem- Updated Title.
Played for about 3 minutes, spawned in, was actually pretty good.
Froze for a few sec, kicked me and gave me this error.

Specs :
Vista 64bit
Nvidia GeForce GTX 260M - 1GB mem
4GB memory

manual update to the newest Punkbuster..

2 reason why this error pops up..

Client running old version or Server running old version..and since it works for everyone else...it's on your end.
