There is that Quebec server that is full rotation... Its pretty good. I just dont speak nor understand french... So most of the time I spawn green and act like Helen Keller.

Most young Quebecers who live in the cities (ie. most people who play video games in Quebec) can speak English. I had played on Quebec servers for years because of the good pings, but the good players started leaving and more and more mic less players were taking over causing me to come to TTP permanently. Still though, worth a shot to speak English, most are accommodating in that way.
