Rank ups and awards were often delayed when I played regularly... I remember getting one of the NS awards while playing a normal rotation map even.

i've had this problem, there seems to be an error where if you play too much on the server the game starts ignoring you. i found that when i went elsewhere for my NS fix it would give me the badge, somthing to do with a fresh report going to the master server.
