hes patch dosnt wanna work I think

Might want to check your filters in the multiplayer options, or maybe you've done what I did for a bit and searched a server name but forgot to delete it and as a result only had 11 servers to choose from.... Like wolverine said without more info we can't really help out... What BF2 version are you running? Have you got any filters on? Do you like football or rugby? Do you like red or blue? All of these are very important questions.....

It seems the general cure all is: Uninstall, install, patch, patch some more (as I understand it you patch to 1.41 and then 1.5). It is rough, but fixes a lot of stuff. Most of us have done this way too many times...

Through your control panel/uninstall. You wil probably want to clean your registry of any BF2 related files as well.
