Thread: Down for a day or 2

Well, as those of you who were in my squad when it happened know, My hard drive started experiencing massive data corruption while i was in game last night. Fortunately the problem seems to be confined to the PC partition of my drive.

I put a good 5 hours int trying to fix it last night to no avail, the PC side will not Boot past the login screen. It gets shut down by by an error code involving LSASS.exe.

in short due to complications preventing repair to the drive i will need to do a fresh install of XP. I'll start to work on that this afternoon.

Sorry to hear that happened Jonas, hope you didn't lose anything too important.

well fortunately i only use that partition for gaming and all my actual games are on an external.

The joy of parallels im installing the OS now as i type this, on the same computer

well as of around 1:00 am last night im back up and running.

still updating OS but the game works and that's what counts.

While im hesitant to say all is now well, since my computer likes to disprove me a lot, i think im fully back in business.
