As much as I too get a thrill when the games are close... Our squad was working like a well oiled machine! Great comms, everyone doing what they should and following orders. It's what TTP is all about!

I think that's the way most Snipers on TTP play. I've always noticed the regs are always moving with their squad, either right up there with the main edge of the squad (Where that one early bullet can distract the enemy team long enough for your squad to roll right on in.) Or near the flag where the squad is, waiting for that Medic to stop to fire his Rockets at something... I know for me personally, I'm not far from the squad leader, moving up with everyone else. I don't always get on the flag, but I'm at hand to try and get a good drop on an attacking squad.

I have discovered if I'm sniper my k/d ratio average 3/1 and that's me camping and a slow game. im going for this more intense assault tactic (if I got a good squad) to speed the game and hopefully get better teamwork points.

I concur about close tight games and games where we dominate simply because of our teamwork. Either way, I (heart) a kickass squad!!!

Played in one of Dezz squads a couple times the other night and he is a damn good squad leader and we need to get him coming to the forums.

Once I get my computer upgraded, I want to get back into the games I dont play as much any more. Namely 2142. Hell its my roots here at TTP.

I hear ya. I had one of those rounds were we were dangerously close to losing. Titan Map, we needed like 5 missile hits, they already had out titan down. We only needed one more missile hit, and our Squad leader informed us that the missile had JUST LEFT the launcher. It was virtually over.

I had one last spawn, so I took an Recon kit with RDX, and ran into the enemy core. Shot two people on my way into the core, put all my RDX onto the core while trying to keep the core column between me and my opponents. And the blew myself up for the surprising victory.

I could not believe it. THEY HAD US DEAD TO RIGHTS. Suicide Solution. Guard your cores my friends.

Nice work, its nice to have a round of ownage!
