    OK...NOW that does sound like a overheating issue. Try opening your case up cleaning all the inside and make sure your fans are running. Then with the case open try playing.

    Alienware is owned by Dell now. I wouldn't rule out anything.

    And new rig or not, those that make the hardware sometimes don't do a good job, items break, warranties are worth crap, Dell happens, Microsoft happens, cables lay on things...need I go on?

    But seriously, it sounds like something is constricting the Video card and it is overheating.

    its not like they made anything good but overpriced gimmick pcs anyways.
