Very good reading....excellent in fact.

I would add two things however.....

ONE...At start of any map a squad leader should go for a Vehicle regardless of how many seats it has and get somewhere. There is no reason for squad mates of ground pounding squads to spawn in. 80% of these maps in the very beginning entitle getting somewhere first. By grabbing a vehicle it enables the squad leader to have a extremely fast start....by not spawning in....it means that a pilot who catches the squad leader moving gets one kill instead of 2-6 kills.

TWO...You've probably noticed since your arrival we have extremely capable squad leaders on the server at all times. Most already have found the tactics you have listed, out on their own and apply them as needed. There is no right way to lead a squad. I've seen plenty of failures in my attempts...and I've seen "not so good players" have extremely successful runs. Seems every Squad Leader on this server has his own little things that make them shine off great moments during play.

But as I mentioned this is great reading, and I highly recommend it. Great Job!! oh...and welcome..I was away when you started playing here.
