Thread: Come Prove Draco Wrong!

Are you tired of that smarmy, self-righteous ass Draco? Don't you wish you could stick it to him and his so-called intelligence?

Well look no further! I need at least 16 stout souls (with easy-to-spell names) to undertake a breath-taking adventure on the match server, on a date to be determined.

It's preferable that you have/be on Xfire so you can document the results. We will be testing various connection/reservist scenarios per this thread: http://www.texasteamplayers.com/index.php?topic=80229.0 and http://www.texasteamplayers.com/index.php?topic=80800.0.



Scenarios to test:

1. No reservists on list at all, fill normal server slots until only reserved slots remain.

- Draco: no one can join. Server at 12/16.
- BD: no one can join. Server at 12/16.

2. Few reservists on list, fill normal slots with non-reservists, no one disconnect, then have reservists join.

- Draco: Reservists will load in and occupy the reservist slots. Server will show 13/16, then 14/16, etc. No one will be kicked. Reservists will be unable to join while server is 16/16, server will remain 16/16 with all 16 players spawned in and playing.
- BD: Reservists will load in in the reservist slots, then a non-reservist will be kicked. Reservist will then move into now-free slot. Server will show 13/16 while reservist connects, then 12/16 after non-reservist is kicked.

3. Some reservists on list, fill normal slots with mix of reservists and non-reservists, no one disconnect, then have reservists join.

- Draco: Same scenario as #2. Reservists will join and occupy 13/16, then 14/16, etc. slots. No one will be kicked.
- BD: Same scenario as #2. Reservists will occupy 13/16 while joining, then non-reservist (and only a non-reservist) will be kicked to bring server back to 12/16.

4. Everyone a reservist on list, fill normal slots to 12/16, then have additional reservists try to connect.

- Draco: Reservists will load in and occupy 13/16 then 14/16, etc. slots. No one will be kicked. No reservist will be able to join at 16/16. All 16 players spawned in and playing.
- BD: Unknown. Server may implode trying to figure out who to kick. Divide by zero. Possible discovery of Higgs boson. Possible creation of small black-hole that will consume the planet Earth.

Only preferably tomorrow. Expediency is the key to good theater, but we could do it Friday or the weekend too. It depends on when I can get the requisite number of victims participants.
