    Awesome Night

Had an awesome night of PR tonight that made up for the last two disappointments. Played 4 and a half maps, all of which were satisfying. Highlights included:

Gaza Beach: I became a one-man army, making an assault alone on a 6-story, insurgent-infested hotel to destroy a cache, and succeeded My deaths spiraled out of control from there, but I ended with about 25 kills. Necessaryevil and some others managed to keep the tanks alive almost the ENTIRE game, with evil racking up 89 kills (and accusations of hacking). Most of the rest of the team just couldn't cut it, though, and the IDF lost by one cache.

Yamalia: Hard-fought game to the end, but Bravo's commanding and sheer determination won out for us Canadians. The Russians played extremely well, making preemptive strikes against CPs. There were two epic battles at Objectives Charlie and November. I was the center of the Charlie battle, and didn't see any of it at November. I'd love to hear an account from someone who was there

Muttrah: I learned Firebase Art 101 from Bravo. :P

Kashan: Was very disappointed at Kashan due to asset wasting. Soviet and Frag can attest that I became very angry after an MEC APC drove in and wrecked our firebase while their three tanks ran a marathon around the northern area of the map.

What the hell kind of comment was that LMAO . I knew we needed to make a stand at North City, the whole team owes BigHub a big thanks for fucking up that Cobra from the AA placement I had in the hillside. I would also like to thank the guys who gave their all at north city, when we finally dug those damned marines out of the building to the south of our FOB area at N City. I setup a fall back area at West City, along with another AA placement, and that guy deserves a big thanks for sitting his ass on the AA placement for so long. And Wraith, thanks for being the medic, we needed it. Oh, by the way, that was not firebase art 101, that was the Advanced Firebase Placement & Construction Zone.

I know my FOB placements may seem strange, but they usually {every once in a while you just have to get one setup where-ever or how-ever you can} have very sound good reasoning behind them. The one at the south side of the docks was going to be a fun one with that AA placement we had. It was well protected from the APC getting a shot on the AA gun. I really wanted to have you up there with that handheld AA too.

I believe that course is FOB 137

Will you be teaching any 200 level classes bravo?

But yea, Wraith you've been an asset to your team even on the "crappy" nights! Gotta stay optimistic though, just like in BF2, the worst rounds can turn out to be the greatest victories.

When did you play this map, on Saturday? I played this map on Saturday afteroon around 4 PM MST, or 5 PM CST for you fellas that are a bit out east of me. I was on Gaza Beach for most of the round, but had to bail sometime after they got the first 4 or 5 caches. There were only a few caches left. How many freakin' RPG's does it take to take down a tank? I was hiding in a bush near the compound that always get's bombarded by tank artillery in G5. Anyways, I had heard the tanks (2) rolling in from that main road that comes in from North of the compound. I hid in the bushes just East of the road and fired 3 freaking RPG's into that thing, point blank. At first the tank's turret was spinning wildly around looking for where that RPG came from, but then I got a bit impatient and fired my last RPG on it and it saw me and blew me to high heaven! I got kinda dizzy from playing for 3 straight hours and getting up too early and had to bail.

Whoever was manning the Tanks, good job, you luck IDF bastards didn't seem to lose a tank all round, regardless of the repeated barrage of RPG's. The only time the Hamas seemed to have any effect, were the rare times a few RPG's scared you tanks into retreating back to the Main base for repairs. But then you bastards would come back 100% and we'd have to scramble an offensive, which 9 out of 10 times didn't pan out and we'd all die too far away from the cache or something to keep defending it. I'm loving the Iron Sight M4's though... Sweeetttt!
