The C4 thing isn't really a fix but an adjustment. 12 C4 still isn't too bad to destroy it plus you can still destroy the building itself.

This begs the question: Will any of this even matter? Doesn't TTP usually host conquest mode only?

2142 had Titan mode, so I'd say no?
