Pre-load to begin this weekend.

Who knows when it will be ready for pre-load, much less being able to play it. I'll get to have some Supreme Commander 2 time in while I wait... At least I get to play something at midnight. :P

I am thinking some kind of mass DL bandwith sucking up thing going on when this releases. Especially for steam people. I dont expect us to have a server up and running and being admined until Wed, maybe thursday at the earliest now that I think about it.

Well, with a delayed admin tool and never having a Bad Company server before I would say wait a week or so. See how things pan out with its release.

Yeah, according to the other forums, they got blindsighted at the last minute with the new protocols and are scrambling to put it together as it should be. These guys have every intention of creating a fully functioning utility. It may not be completely ready on launch, but they will be releasing updates and such. For the record...these guys are building it on their own time, with no money from DICE from what I recall. Not to mention the fact they are creating it from scratch.

Doesn't help the main developer went on a 2-week skiing vacation. But hey it's free and he's very generously done all this out of the kindness of his heart so.
