BFBC2 sniper rifle question

I just unlocked the sv98, and looking stats wise its worse than the m24. Am i missing something, or did they put the unlocks in the wrong order by accident?

Why not actually USE it and find out what is different about the gun.

I have, the only difference is it does less damage, but you can see more through the scope. Im interested in, is it misplaced in the unlock order, or is seeing 1mm more on each side worth about 15dmg less?

from what ive found so far is that the m24 is the shit.... along with the DOL

now all the other seem to be a rapid fire close combat kinda sniper rifle, not so much a distance gun... but thats what i think who knows

Well, its a one shot headshot kill and a two body shot kill either way. The 98 has five more rounds per mag though.

Exactly. SV98 has 10 rounds a mag, so until you get the GOL or M95, it;s the way to go, imo.

The SV98 is good but it's scope is harder to use than the M24. The GOL is the best, hands down.

Actually, I find the 98 easier since you can see the bullets flight path easier through the scope. The 98 also cycles the bolt faster than any of the other bolt action snipers.

Really? I always felt the GOL was faster. But then again I haven't played Recon in a while.
