Not on buildings. It will work on enemy infantry if you hit them, and it will also work on stationary weapons.

If you bought the game within the first week or two of release, you should have it automatically. It's the bottom pistol.

Not on buildings. It will work on enemy infantry if you hit them, and it will also work on stationary weapons.

The Tracer dart will only track on enemy occupied vehicles (the game considers your "footsoldier" as a vehicle).
