[RP] Resolution 003: Secretary-General Powers
Representative Mike Pace
The Dominion of Demonic Cannibals
In accordance with Resolution 001, it is now time to clarify the powers of the Secretary-General.
My nation proposes the following:
- The Secretary-General is responsible for conducting the monthly regional elections.
- The Secretary-General is responsible for officially announcing the results of resolutions and regional elections.
- The Secretary-General is responsible for keeping an up-to-date list of passed resolutions and current veto holders.
- The Secretary-General has the power to break ties in regional votes and resolutions.
- The Secretary-General must come from a non-veto power holding nation or their nation must relinquish it's veto-power status as long as the Secretary General is on office.
- Powers can be added or removed from the Secretary-General by a majority vote.
- The term of the Secretary-General is 2 months (real time).
- The Secretary-General can be removed from office by a majority vote.
What say you, fellow councilmen?

[RP] Resolution 003: Secretary-General Powers
The Dominion of Tyrannicus Devious would like to see an addition be made to the Secretary-General's powers: the nation from which the Secretary-General is elected from should either be limited only to non-veto power holding nations, or force a veto-power holding nation to lose its status so long as the Secretary-General is in office.
Additionally, a term of office needs to be specified. We propose a two-month (real time) term for the Secretary-General.

Please review these changes and recast your vote by replying "Aye" or "Nay".
