I've seen way too many people ignore you when you ask for resupply, ammo, etc. Or Engineers that don't actually go after tanks, they just use their rockets to kill people, because you know, killing a person with your Gustov is soooooo hard to do right? I hate seeing so many engineers do nothing when there are 2+ tanks raping you because their too busy going after the foot soldiers.
I usually only use the Gustov like that if I am aiming at a tank and I see a person that might be more hazardous right away and it is quicker than switching, or my main gun is out of ammo and I'm too far away for a knife. Tracer dart the vehicles and blow them up, that is what an engineer does. Or places mines for them to roll on.
It does actually help sometimes though when you type out what needs to be done. A pain in the ass and obvious what needs to be done, but still helps sometimes.
Sometimes though I wish I could play 3 classes at once so I could heal, revive, resupply, repair, and destroy vehicles as needed. What works too though is just picking up the enemies kit near you and using it to the best of your ability. I've gotten a lot of points by picking up medic or assault gear when I'm say Engineer. Not only do I get to resupply and heal myself but my teammates as well, especially on conquest maps near flags. As long as you are alive it seems they don't go away as I once got a crap load of additional points when I swapped to assault to resupply my squad and switched back to Engineer. Great benefit to everyone really.

:6 OK, I made my response very simple for this reason. I have nothing against snipers "especially Alundil and other ttp regs". I JUST WANTED TO REMIND EVERY BODY THAT TEAM PLAY IS WHAT TTP IS ALL ABOUT!!!!!! :9 :9 :9 :9 If every body would do that we would not have to wine and wine on this web site. So if you are playing on ttp please think like a team. The great thing about BC 2 is you get a lot of points if you do that. Just look at my K/D ratio. " -68 " but yet I am always in the top 4 spots. So lets all stop getting mad and have some fun fun and fun. That's why we play right.

Well, maybe we should set some hard rules.
In TF, if there are more than, say, two snipers, admins will generally warn people to switch to other classes, and then start kicking. I think that we need something like this, especially on Rush. On 16-man teams, there's no reason for the attacking team to have more than two snipers/campers. I think that if there are more than 2, the admin should call for some of them to switch, and then start kicking.

There are already server definitions and rules on camping. I don't think we need to invent more. Snipers aren't the biggest problem either. There are plenty of people playing all kits who hang back so they can pick off easy kills and protect their k/d instead of moving for the objective. BF:BC2 Rules and Policies

I think that a stricter enforcement of the rules regarding camping in general might be more feasible long term. I know that if there were rules (a la TF2) regarding which kits to play I'd probably struggle with that. Sniper/recon/Long rifles are where my skills really shine in just about every game I've played. With that said - from an attack/defend standpoint that is my strong suit.
