I have really not had a problem with people abiding by the agreement..as of yet. The real problem is keeping up with informing new people entering the server about the agreement while concentrating on taking down soldiers and control points alike.

Re: Priming Issues Concerning Armor
I prefer to let the server build, and armor sitting on the uncap blowing any armor or AT that spawns will drive players away. I have seen players sit and just rack up kills and not seem to care that players on the other team are joining and leaving after getting spawn camped.
It is counter productive to the server, what is winning if all you do is run the other team down to 1 player. We are about team play and not camping a spawn so that the other team cant even join in and play an even game. I try and avoid armor until its at least 8v8 thats me. I will get in armor if the other team wants to go with it, but I prefer to c4 the tanks so go ahead hop in them.

Re: Priming Issues Concerning Armor
Psh, I depopulate the server faster when I'm not in armor.
I kid. But seriously, I never care about armor so I leave it up to everyone else to decide. Tanks are just as easy to kill as infantry.

Re: Priming Issues Concerning Armor
If armor depopulates the server then wouldn't that mean that fighting would depopulate the server if people can't fight back? I know people quit when they get owned too much fighting while priming, it gets boring. But they also forget that they fired the first shot.
Does this mean that we should forget priming fighting and make it "water skis only"? Maybe( Rhetorical question but yes you get the idea.)
If we can't counter a tank with an engineer or an AT then we shouldn't (Theoretically) be able to counter a sniper across the map. Unless we change class. And adapt to the situation set before us.
If we want priming time that would be interesting, that won't get people bored, that will keep people in the game, and is "fair", then why not do melee only in the center of the map while we wait for a certain number of people, making sure to inform the incoming people of the game we are playing until the game is ready to start.

Re: Priming Issues Concerning Armor
Well, Frag, if you look at it, people who join a 8 player server are looking for fun and not looking to deal with getting killed by a hard to kill tank over and over. Sure, it's easy to kill on a full server, but otherwise it could take several rockets and they could just have someone rep it.
Honestly, look in the view of the random guys who join, as they are more then likely the ones who will fill up the server.

Re: Priming Issues Concerning Armor
I rather blow them out of the tank then ask them to not use it. I have seen people get upset even angry if someone does not get out of armor it is quite annoying. Requesting it does not involve swearing at them.

I'll say it again, tanks are just as easy to kill as infantry.
