Ok I got a new card, and I put it in and Iam getting really pissed. The damn things only go in one way and this one dont wanna work. Its a nvidia g force 860o GT 256 MB. I put it in and pluged in my monitor and its showing nothing. Tell me what Iam doing wrong before I take it out and throw it out the window. Thanks.

I was gonna say Amy, could be the motherboard, I had this one 'discount' system that had it's video card hard wired into the mother board and would not let me upgrade it

... so much for that 'discount system' grr

but looks like you had an easier solution than I.
