EA problems?

Well unlocks in vBF2 work now (at least for some people), but the kicks still happening. It happens at end of round, when it throws up the leaderboards etc. Still could be a score posting issue, but BFHQ is updating correctly now (and so is http://battlefield.ea.com/battlefiel...leid=191202291), so my next guess is that there is a continuing glitch in the state/map change announce to gamespy.

Also now this asshattery is causing the server to crash every 5 maps. At least no squad bugs, there hasn't been time to develop any

Are stats still being collected and will they be updated once EA has sorted everything out?

It looks like stats are fixed (my official EA score increase during the time I played last night, plus unlocks work now, which means the game server is able to both update and enum that data from an EA server), but my guess is some other piece requiring write access is broken. Apparently because it also affects modded/unranked servers, my guess is it has to do with gamespy master server announces/update push during game server state change (end of round, end of map).

Nunya is the new Digital Anarchy. They teamswitched me for 2nd seat in a bomber at the very beginning of the round. They also have a terrible teamstacking problem.

Teamplayergaming still rules all other servers.

We did have a squad bug last night. It was on the second round of Operation Harvest.

Yeah, i won't play on there server any more because of things like that. I got myself in trouble some time back, for acting like a fool on TPG because i got really hotheaded over the crap that goes on over there, and didn't take a brake before switching to TGP. So i made peace, and don't play with them any more, and my "hole in wall" rage is gone, go figure.

Plus TPG provides a better overall gaming experiences even if you arn't winning the round.

BOT, yeah i don't know all the technical aspects as to why BF2 would still be having the issue it is, in regards to kicking us back to log in i mean. If the Nunya server isn't doing it i would start by suggesting restarting the TPG server, to see if it needs to reestablish authentication with master server.

I was just scrolling through the server list. Had not even played a round and got kicked back to the login screen with the server error message.

it's all a conspiracy to try and annoy/force people to stop playing their one broken game (which actually isn't _too_ broken considering. ...only em took a few years, that's all

Same thing happened to me... It's pretty frustrating!
Although I started a new character and obtaining the medals and awards seems to be appeasing.
