People need to understand that it is not TPG's server its "EA........". Let me say it again; its not TPG's server its "EA..............". Once more just in case you missed it its not TPG's server its "EA..............". Sorry, for sounding like an a$$ but its not clicking for some people.
All we can do is sit with our are hands on our lap and wait patiently till "EA" gets back from there 5 month vacation and reads its first support ticket. Then we will wait another 5 months when "EA" finally fixes the issue... Tell then I will try to get on and die as much as possible. Cheers!

Never thought it was TPG fualt. Just thought suggesting a rest to see if that would clear up any of EA muck up, as there are real people on the TPG end apposed to the canned EA end.

Can you unblock subnets of IP addresses?

If so, unblock 69.10.24.0/24 and 69.10.30.0/24

Also for everyone else this is most likely the issue. Dedicated servers need to have IP setup so they can properly access them. The data center move changed all the IP addresses so none of them are the same as before.
