Re: EA problems?
What is up with the picture? How does it have to do anything with this thread about "EA problems"? Other then your statement. If want to post a pic of yourself I would suggest you post in here.
I hope as well that this issue gets fixed ASAP. Welcome to the forms by the way and the best gaming community out there look around the forms and see what other games we host.
Side Info: Sorry, if I'm coming across like an a$$ about the pic issue not trying to.
Respectfully,

Re: EA problems?
Where did EA move from/to.
There is a big EA building down the street from my house and it has been there for a bit.

not an EA move, it was a server farm move. Most internet businesses do not self-host their business side, they colo at rented datacenters (much like TPG and Hypernia; and we're already one step removed from the whole bit - Hypernia itself doesn't own the internet links, power distribution systems, or other physical spaces except for probably the servers themselves - which are hosted out of rented rackspace, rented power, and rented bandwidth at some colo facility in a major metro area). The move primarily affected the gamespy system, which handles downloads for fileplanet and Direct2Drive, global servers for EA games and other games, and so forth.
