    I only use light if I don't plan on encountering the enemy, otherwise the less armor means you have to get the jump on them extra extra early. everything you can do to give you more seconds/milliseconds of life counts

    I use heavy, I don't need run away from my enemies, just need to be able to take that extra punch.
