I dislike it as it is unbalanced. Getting past crossroads is a pain, and very boring.

Isn't what makes the map fun?
It contrasts with maps like Minsk or Wake (conquest) where you have to walk 100miles to meet someone.

No Maes, he means that the majority of the time, the EU hold the PAC at Crossroad. Its just no fun especially if you're on the PAC team. Myself, the few times the PAC break out relatively early so it becomes a fight for the flags is fun. Otherwise, its like Wile said, its just a meat grinder; lopsidedly so against the PAC team.

it's the same problem as minsk conquest or camp gibraltar, it may just be that the apcs ruin the map
Taking Camp G, you have 5 ways to cross harbour but you have only one walker to defend, if there was an apc + a walker like fall of berlin, it would be way more difficult to cross harbour and then toll, where the range of action is really limited.
Minsk and camp G can be as meat grinder as fall of berlin can be if there's a good team defending.
Taking Minsk(conquest), the game is played at the first flag(trench), where you can determine which team is stronger, both teams are face to face. if PAC brokes EU lines, the end of the game is nearly predetermined.

According to me, those maps belong to the same type ; Spearhead maps
contrasting with maps «where the challenge is less difficult» like Sidi Power Plant (conquest) where everything is equally distributed on both sides

yeah it's that APC that makes or breaks. Fall of Berlin is the tits if you have a commander that's on his ball, because we all know that if that defending APC knows what he's doing and has some engis touching him up, an emp+orbital is the only thing stopping it.

You see people break through on Gibraltar more often than you do on Berlin. The APC is one of the main reasons for that. The APC is the most dangerous vehicle in the game IMHO. In the hands of a good driver/gunner and a couple of engys... you can clean up. Look at Belgrade. Everyone rushes to get the walker at Statue. It very seldom plays a huge role in the outcome of the map. A good APC can do as much as the walker can and then some.

I have a few favorites from all the maps but I could play them all. A good squad/team/commander can go a long way when overcoming the enemy on meat grinder maps or the 100mile hike maps like Highway Tampon.
