Help us fix the lag

Check the stat on game tracker or Game Monitors; the problems started around 9h00 with intermittent lag on Kubra Dam then on the next map loading, BAMM: massive disconnect. We lost nearly half the players......

Oh come on!

1:00am CT, Harvest map, just 12 players, and STILL getting temporary disconnects!

Then comes a long temporary disconnect and when it unfreezes the round ends but the losing team still had 16 tickets left?! And then Sharqi starts. (Maybe the the temporary disconnects were enough to drop the server below 10 players and the reconnects back above?)

Whatever, it SUX!

Sgt.Tmh, the admins are aware of issue still not being resolved and are looking into it. We have several people working on having the issue fixed but unfortunately where the problem is (at least where we believe it is) we have to go through a process/ jump through hoops in order to get it looked at/fixed. Please understand we are trying to fix the issue as fast as possible and sorry for the inconvenience this has been causing. We understand it does suck, and thank you for trying prime the server with the technical difficulties we are experiencing. Hopefully, this issue will get resolved very soon. Once again sorry for the inconievce....

i agree that the latest server issues have been an inconvenience. Im very sure that work is being done to fix these issues, so theres no reason to keep stressing out the techs working on it. Lets just thank them for now and ask em to keep us informed. Thats all we can really do.

Exactly its irritating for everyone involved. Keep pounding away guys hopefully you'll get it asap. Thanks for the effort being placed on this.

Just an update for you folks, we do have another server that the admins are in the process of testing on an entirely different network (but still same provider) so hopefully, we will see a big improvement. Only thing stopping us right now is VOIP and we are already in doing what we can to get that up as fast as we can.

Trust me, we are just as frustrated about this, if not more so. Hopefully we can get back to normal soon (3 days at the most, fingers, toes, arms, legs, and eyes crossed).

Testing if VOIP works, network latency, map rotation, etc....

Lets get this server primed, populated, rocking and rolling. We want to test this server to make sure that it is stable, and lag free. We wont be cutting over to the new server completely yet, this is just testing before we take down our old server.

Should we find that it is unacceptable, we will go back to the old server, which will remain on, and open. It is our hope that we can cut over completely for Saturday, but wont until we hear back from you, our player base.
