Perfect analysis of the map as a challenge and you even pointed THE deciding factor:... The human dis-organisation (and dis-orientation) at the beginnning of the map....
Human chaos or organisation will decide the first minute: if it's a frag fest for China or an uphill and (certainly) winnable battle for US.

I honestly love Blue Pearl. Of all the times I have played the map, I think I have seen the US not make it to land in 6 out of the 30+ occasions I have played it. When the US does get on land, its an adrenaline rush for the entire round with very few dull moments. Yes, it could be a tad more balanced, but its still an amazing map.
