    Commander Bug solution - Maybe

    I think I've found a solution to the Commander Bug problem where no one can be Commander.

    The 'method' below has worked twice now but I need others to test this to confirm.

    1 - Apply for Commander at least 2x. (of course, nothing happens)
    2 - Join a Squad. (do not create a squad but join as member)
    3 - Apply for Commander. (again nothing happens)
    3 - Leave Squad.
    4 - Apply for Commander - it should work!
