If it is a "trend" as you say.......I call BS. I have seen our regs and admins switch themselves to the losing side to help out more times than I could possibly count. Teams may get stacked, but they never stay that way for too long. To put it as a "trend" is not only absurd, but an insult.
It happens. Teams get lopsided. One or two key squadleaders from one team log off while one or two dominant pilots (or squadleaders) log on to the other side, and viola....ass kicking. With 60+ players on the server at any givin time, it can be tough to avoid. But the regs and the admins here do a fantastic job of moving themselves around to combat the uber-stacked team.
No-one likes getting pounded.....just as many do not enjoy being on the stacked team, either. Look at the scores on one of those "stacked" teams sometime.....you will see that it is usually only a few people with the big scores. While the jets pound away, and the ground troops keep the opposing team pinned in somewhere, the rest of the "stacked" team ends up sitting around looking for things to shoot at.
Furthermore, we WANT people to be able to play with their friends. We would ask that the friend on the winning team switch to be with the friend on the losing side, and most of them do. Not always.....but usually. We have some damn good people around here who do their best to make the server as fun and fair as they possibly can, but it's not always possible....there will always be "those" rounds. That is why there will always be "these" threads.
