diamonds in the rough, The Forum posts are a little more informative.

I believe you could run a Search on that Site for #BF3 and glean from those posts as most of the Dev's Game Related Tweets contain #BF3 tags.

They're in Sweden... It's winter there for 9 months a year. What else are they going to do? Also consider the number of hours these guys put in when in a push towards a release. Not uncommon for developers to put in 80+ hours a week during a crunch.
