    Tunis is one of the few maps though that has a totally different area. Most of them are just a much smaller area on the same map.

    After further review... what they do is have smaller maps in their rotation early and larger maps later in the rotation... We could potentially do this... We'll get a discussion going amongst the admins to try and shake it up.

    The map rotaion needs complete revamp the new maps close to the top won't fly ... Port bravada is a server killer when the server is still in its prime state... Port really gets one sided pretty quick and people start to rage qut.


    After playing on DiG with younsh a tpg reg.... and there titan rotation and conquest rotation is very decent and fun. I think because the server is based to work on Titan I think tpg should use suez canal as a server primer. another map that is good and should stay at second is Strike at K. if we use Port B I would ask if it was assualt mode because titan just will kill the server entirely. I think tpg needs to focus on getting bigger base of gamers supporting Bf2142 and focus on getting the server primed and keep it primed through out the day and night.

    We had Suez Canal as the priming map for months and it didn't help.

    what other maps do you guys think would help the server. I heard some good and bad responses about Molokai
    and what about yellow knife if thats the map with the base camp the goliath and two front points going to the diamond mine

    I tend to think that at this point in 2142's life cycle starting with smaller infantry type maps help help the priming (note: not inf only settings). WileE is right though, Suez was the starter for months since there were lots of vehicles for ppl to play around with but unless/until the Steam Sale happens, everyone who's going to be hitting a server has played the game and is familiar with their vehicles of choice and are simply looking for an ongoing game. So the faster we can get the real games started the more likely passersby are to stick around for a few rounds and "get into TPG"

    Large maps to start with, even if there are gunships, is a pain to populate. Suez is an old map and people that still play want new maps. Old maps have to be diluded in new maps. I still belive that titan and large maps should only be played once. I agree that two long titan games killed the server- The longer the map takes to end, highter are the chances of ppl leaving-. When a game, a map, is quick, you tell yourself that it was fast, fun and that you would like to play it again differently to enjoy all its possibilities. You create a need for a map, and your population stick to the server because they want to see back what they liked. I think that we have to blitz maps. (for now)
