I have had the same luck as you Blue, I love making squads and owning the heck out of the other side, when people listen you win. If anyone ever notices when I am squad leader my squad is almost always 1st and sometimes second. And I am not talking the best players in the game. Just normal guys and gals that listen. Good leadership is what makes the difference in a win. If more people just told people where to go and what to defend they would see a big difference in play and score. And If people do not like to listen boot them out is my motto. I been in way to many squads that the Squad Leader never uses a mic or gives directions. Good Hunting all!

Yeah I held my spawn so long for Visuvius once that I was kicked for being idle. But that's teamwork. He says, "spawn AT" and i'm there with a rocket. He says, "Revive City!" and I revive the hell out of my squadmates. Call it ass kissing but i call it ass kicking.
