PSA: BFBC2 Auto Log In/Remember PW Fix (Steam)

If you run the game through steam and are having to retype your PW every time because it won't remember your password or just does not let you in until you retype it...

1. Find & Delete "Clientregistry.blob"
2. Start Steam. It will ask you to log in. Once you do steam should update.
3. The ingame auto login/remember pw should work.

This process fixed it for me.

Does autologin still remove your clan tags? It used to, so I never autologged in, but I just have it save the password

Not sure about the clan tags. It won't hurt to try.

You got it Victor! I had googled for a solution myself and could not find one. Then I remembered that deleting that file used to solve some CSS issues and tried it. I had to do it again after the last steam update a little while back.
