Should Partyball ever get too much for one team to handle, feel free to invite me in. I like playing against Partyball; he reminds me of the COD4 days when I fought against the likes of Cainun and Summon (Damn that AKs-74u). If I can't knock him down a peg or two, having a good old fashioned TPG reg on the team certainly helps in coordination of our team, and the reduction in the enemy team's effectiveness.

As a note to our new player, whom I unfortunately seem to remember nothing about (that's not unusual for me...), learn who the regulars are. Find players with ][5th][, [IRON], ::VTRX::, and the occasional =Phoenix= tags. Follow them around, learn what some of our vanguard teamplayers do, and overall have fun working AS a team, than WITH the team.

Comparatively, NOM and PHX have fewer members that show up in Bad Company 2. Really, any TPG resident clan will be a good source of info, I just listed the ones that are prominent in Bad Company 2, not BF2, as PHX and NOM are. Also, for some reason, you have to execute some command while you're connected to the server to associate yourself with your own clan...

While I'm here, more words of advice: On conquest, sometimes if just ONE person goes to the last point controlled by the other team, you can make at least half of them turn around. Even if you die, you just distracted half of the enemy team, giving your teammates a better chance at taking or defending whatever points you do or do not have.

On rush: After you destroy one MCOM, have at least one squad member stay there to keep it as a spawn point. Most defenders will completely forget about an already destroyed MCOM site, and so they generally won't keep them cleared out. Use that to your advantage. Conversely, as a defender, make sure at least one person (preferably on Teamspeak too) is at the old MCOM site; if problems arise, some more people should be sent to deal with it. One whole team is not necessary to take out one squad.

Edit: It just occurred to me I listed HRD, which doesn't have a presence really on BC2. This removal is now reflected on my original post.

The more you play, the better you'll get. Especially gaming on the TPG server, the regulars are all good players and you'll get owned alot. But like I tell everyone, you can't get better playing scrubs.
