Thread: Is there anybody else that is lagging?

I have similar specs to a few of you that have posted that it is running without problems in high. I'm once again scratching my head saying wtf?

Ok, I downloaded and tried the demo... all I can say is HELP!

Specs are as follows:

Core I5 750 @ 2.67
4.00 gb RAM
ATI Radeon 5850 driver 8.872

I can get into the game but it is lagging pretty badly. No idea on what the FPS are. I do get a system message about one of my cores is being fully used while playing but I don't know if that has anything to do with this.

Anyways I got the same kind of lag whether playing it on the High setting which it autodetected for me or the low setting that I put it on. There is no difference either way.

Did you download the ATI BF3 driver?

about to do that right now was kind of hesitant because it hasn't gone "official" yet.

It won't go "official" until closer to launch. If you want to be rid of the lag, install the driver.

Problem fixed driver was the savior... So at least I now know I can play Oct 25. Catch ya all then.
