The Silenced Mortar is kind of a difficult one to enforce I believe. What if I don't know about the glitch, it's not like it's blatantly clear I'm doing something wrong when firing. I myself could accidentally equip the mortar and forget to change my primary while hastily re-spawning. I know I'd want an admin to give me a heads up and tell me to cease firing my glitched mortar as a warning.

Yup, agreed. In this particular case, this was the subject of a half-hour debate in the in-game chat about whether it was glitching or cheating. He copped to the fact that he knew that he was doing something to bend the odds of the game so in this case there was no question that he was doing it on purpose.

I've since learned that Anmtmind is a reg and also a reg on TS, so I wouldn't really advocate for the guy to be banned. But a bold on-screen warning from the admin would have been helpful.

That is kind of a weak spot on BF3 on TS -- there never really seem to be admins online on weekdays.

He knew what he was doing and yes he is a reg on TPG. 50% of the time he is on our TS and or SWATS. Admins should not give a warning, A reg should know better. There is always an admin around....just because they are not in game does not mean they are not watching.
