Well that was stupid

Had a guy fly over our main base in kharg island today.

This wouldn't be so bad if it didn't happen in the first 20 seconds of the map. It also wouldn't be bad if he left immediately after. Instead, he bailed out and got in the stationary AA.

This gun is invincible. While he was in it, he had a clear shot of our planes, spawn, and tanks. He also had the immunity to a out of bounds death, as he was in a "Vehicle" and thus not out of bounds.

He then proceeds to massacre our team. This was not our server, but it could easily happen there.
So EA, I don't know what wonder metal you made the stationary AA out of, but can we please have some way to counter it?

Pretty safe to say if that happens here I'm sure the ban hammer will drop on then faster than a fat kid on cake...

I believe that an upcoming patch will fix that glitch. I think it was announced a few weeks ago in a blog.

they keep saying o this will be fixed and that will be fixed but when is it actually going to happen the game hasnt been patched since launch! i am actually pretty frustrated right now about that

Another reason why I hate jets, the AA is impossible to kill at bases.

Looks like the patch didn't fix it unless I missed it. However, seeing as the Devs didn't intend for someone to get in the other team's homebase AA, the admins will consider it an exploit. If this happens on the servers, please report it to the admins either on the forums or in game.
