I saw an almost unbelievable thing happen today... I was in "gawd" mode, having just been killed by this guy crouched behind a crate...

I then see Hytec moving into position to knife him... it was a certainty that he was gonna stab this bonehead...

When suddenly, this guy knifes Hytec instead, and never turned around!!!

I know in the campaign game there is a "melee" action you're supposed to use to break knife attacks, but does it also work in the multiplayer?

For the record, Hytec had this guy dead to rights, he grabbed him and was killed before the knife went in.

Shouldnt be possible. Maybe hytec died to a gun?

I haven't spoken with him (hytec) yet, but what I saw was this guy getting the knife kill first, even though Hytec already had him in the death grip.

btw this wasn't on a tpg server, just an observation from a game we were both in.

That can't be right. I know I've gotten him at least 3 times.

That is probably died 9 times while wielding the knife.
