Being as the Dreamhack qualifiers just came and went for League of Legends, and the Riot live stream had over 68 THOUSAND viewers (breaking numerous records), I thought I would make a LoL thread for TPG seeing as there wasn't a comprehensive one.

Intro to League of Legends

League of Legends (LoL) is one of a few popular Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) style games available for online play. It's roots stem from Defense of the Ancients (DoTA), though LoL has it's own unique flavor and is a stand alone game, whereas DoTA was a Warcraft 3 Mod.
