"The Draki are about to call out both the ITD and the STD as terrorist nations. We want to know where the DC stands on this. We are also curious as to what the other members of NATO will do. Is NATO an aliance of nations that will commit unprovoked attacks on other nations? If so then all NATO members will also be classified as terrorist nations."

He turns back to the pile of documents and shakes his head. "I'll let you review these here. We've even brough in a line that you can directly contact your government. I'll also state that several assumptions and facts of thier 'Case Downfall' were inaccurate, to say the least."

Mr. Sampson - Diplomat - DODC

"The Cenobite stance on this is clear. I do not need to speak with my government to assure you that the DC does not support any unprovoked attacks against its allies and trading partners."

He opens the folder and begins looking through the documents.

"I'm no military expect but these plans look almost suicidal. The ITD would not just throw away troops like this. Something is not right."

He picks up the phone. The conversation that takes place is brief and done in phrases. It is unknown whether the Draki translator is able to hear what Mr. Sampson is saying into the phone for he is speaking softly.


Mr. Sampson: "Codename: Case Downfall"

Mr. Sampson: "Invasion of Draki"

Mr. Sampson: "Thank you. Goodbye."


Once he places the phone down, he addresses the Draki official:

"I just confirmed with my government that we have no knowledge of this Case Downfall or any plan for an invasion of the Draki.

My government is very interested in these documents. Can a copy be sent to the DC?"

"A copy can be made available to you (We may need to remove certain items in it for the sake of Draki security). So you're government does not condone such actions. Is the DC then going to stand with the Draki in the condemnation of the ITD as a terrorist nation? Will the DC either convince it's partners in NATO to expel the ITD or will the DC also condem any nations wishing to allie with a terrorist nation as fellow terrorist nations?"

Mr. Sampson - Diplomat - DODC

"As I said before, I really don't believe that the ITD actually developed these plans. I don't know how the Draki acquired these documents but they may very well be some sort of trick put together by the STD or JC. With the wars not going to plan, they're getting quite desperate.

Nonetheless, I'll make sure that the proper DC officials are made aware of the existence of these documents and of the Draki's concern so that they can be addressed in the next upcoming NATO meeting. After I receive the relevant information from that meeting, I'd be in a position to state the DC's official position on this matter."
